This adhesive is specifically made for mounting floor coverings such as our decorative carpets. One side is removable tape which is used on the floor and the other side is permanent adhesive which is peeled off and applied to the carpet.

Exposed side = Removable but strong adhesive for smooth indoor surfaces.

Backing Paper Side = Permanent adhesive to stick to the carpet.
