Hang and Display shipping policy
- Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, volume and destination.
- An ETA is provided at checkout where applicable. This is just an estimate to the best of our knowledge.
- Orders are processed within 1 business day, cut off is 2pm.
- We use the following couriers and services at our own discretion. Our decision is based on post code and volume to ensure fast and efficient service. If you would like to choose a specific courier out of the following, arrange your own service or have specific requirements please contact before ordering.

TNT, FedEx and DHL (Other countries)
Capital Transport (Pallet deliveries)
- All our parcels have tracking services and some may require signature on delivery. Online orders receive their tracking details by email automatically. We can provide tracking details at your request.
- If orders are returned to sender due to any reason out of our control such as wrong address, insufficient address, refusal of acceptance and non collection at depot we will charge the customer for shipping before sending out again. No refunds are provided in these cases.
- If you receive an item damaged in delivery please send us an email with pictures and order details within 2 business days and we will arrange refund or replacement.
- We ship to 50+ countries, for those not automatically able to checkout please contact us for a quote.
