Hang and Display shipping policy and information

- Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, weight and volume.

- Orders are processed within 1 business day, cut off is 2pm.

- We use the following couriers and services at our own discretion. Our decision is based on cost, post code and volume to ensure fast and efficient service.

Australia Post Regular and Express

DFE (Direct Freight Express)

Star Track Express

TNT, FedEx and DHL (Other countries)

Capital Transport (Pallet deliveries)

-  If you would like to choose a specific courier, arrange your own service or have specific requirements please contact before ordering.

- All our parcels have tracking services and some may require signature on delivery. We can provide tracking details at your request.

- If orders are returned to sender due to any reason out of our control such as wrong address, insufficient address, refusal of acceptance and non collection at depot we will charge the customer for shipping before sending out again. No refunds are provided in these cases.

- If you receive an item damaged in delivery please send us an email with pictures of the packaging and the item within 2 business days.

- We only ship to Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Singapore, USA and some Pacific nations, for other countries please contact us at sales@hanganddisplay.com.au
